Welcome to Nextcard store. Thank you for shopping with us! Because our store specializes in luxury Oud and Incense, our return and refund policy is carefully designed around the nature of these products to ensure quality, hygiene, and fairness.
1. General Return Window and Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Oud and Incense Testing Policy (Special Terms)
We understand that you need to try the scent, so we allow testing under strict guidelines:

Oud Wood and Incense: You are allowed to test a single, very small piece of Oud (not exceeding 1 gram) to try the fragrance.

The Condition: If you decide to return the item after testing, the remaining weight of the product must match the invoice (minus the small test piece), and the original product box must be completely undamaged.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns if a significant amount of the product has been consumed or if the premium product packaging is ruined.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders, personalized gifts, or custom event favors).

Sale items or purchases made using gift cards.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
5. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
